Our Policies
Sizing
We offer sizing on most of our rings.
If the ring is an eternity band, has a continuous pattern, or if the ring has to change more than 3 sizes, please contact us so we can be sure sizing is possible.
Upon checkout, please make note of the size you need your ring to be, or contact us before ordering.
If you need your ring sized, please allow a total 5-7 days processing before shipment. Please contact us first if you need the ring by a certain date, and we will work with you to meet your needs.
Any rings over $1,000, we size for free. If the ring is under $1,000, please contact us and we're happy to quote you for the sizing, or we can invoice you after the purchase.

Semi-Mounts
Semi-mounts are made to order and take 2-3 weeks production time before shipment.
If you require your piece before a certain deadline, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs.
Shipping
Most items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail, with tracking, signature, and insurance included. FedEx is available upon request and for an additional fee.
Please allow a processing time of 3-7 days for all regular, non-custom items. Custom items (including sizing) have a 2-3 week processing time.
After processing, shipped items should take 1-3 business days to arrive.

Unfortunately shipping is not supported for the following: Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia
Returns & Exchanges
If you receive an item and decide it's not what you had in mind, you can return it for a full refund within 10 days. The 10 day refund period begins the day you sign for the package.
All returned pieces must be in the same condition as was sent to you. No jewelry will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered or worn.
We also offer a 30 day store credit exchange policy for any item in the store.
Items purchased through our payment or layaway plans are eligible for store credit (exchange) returns only. Refunds will not be given for items purchased through layaway.
Custom pieces are eligible for store credit (exchange) returns only. Refunds will not be given for custom made or customized items.
Online Layaway Terms
Down payment must be made within 7 days of invoice date or Partial.ly is canceled and item(s) are returned to inventory.
The length of a Partial.ly plan cannot exceed 6 months.
Each Partial.ly plan requires a 20% down payment.
Partial.ly only supports automatic payments. Additional payments can be made in your Partial.ly portal.
Partial.ly can be paid off in full in your Partial.ly portal.
Length of Partial.ly plans are final and cannot be extended but can be paid off early.
Return/Cancelation: If Partial.ly cancelation is requested within 10 days of invoice date, the payment(s) are eligible for full refund. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card for plans that have been active over 10 days.
Store credits will be issued in the form of e-gift cards. These can be used to purchase a full-price item.
Gift cards cannot be used towards Partial.ly plans
No maximum number of Partial.ly plans per customer.
We ask that you refrain from “Layaway Bouncing”. Layaway bouncing is when layaways are canceled excessively.

If for any reason there is an issue with your piece, or the work that has been done, we will happily work with you to resolve and correct the issue.
